What an incredible turnout for our first Seniors’ Advisory Group meeting of the fall!
It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces and welcome new members of our community for an engaging and informative afternoon.
A special thank you to Dr. Zameer Pirani, Medical Director and Co-Founder of the Afiya Spine & Pain Institute, for his insightful presentation on understanding and managing pain, and for sharing practical advice on living a healthier, more comfortable life.
