It was a pleasure to welcome and speak with a large group of students from McGill University’s Max Bell School of Public Policy visiting Parliament Hill today. I was also joined by fellow MPs from across party lines.
We discussed our paths to public service, the challenges of serving as elected representatives, and the major issues shaping Canadian public policy.
The students’ thoughtful questions, enthusiasm, and commitment to public service were inspiring. With bright young minds like these ready to make a difference, Canada’s future is in good hands!
