Air Canada cannot expect to enjoy the privileges that come with being Canada’s national airline without fulfilling the responsibilities that come with them.
That means reasonable fares. Reliable service. Fair treatment of employees. Regional service. Accountability to Canadians. And service in both official languages.
Too often, Air Canada has fallen short.
