Rooks To Cooks is amazing. At this summer camp here in Etobicoke, they teach kids aged 6-14 how to cook!
What an experience it was to visit Rooks to Cooks and join their Pop-Up Restaurant in our Etobicoke Centre community, where young campers had the chance to showcase the culinary skills that they developed throughout the week! 👩🍳👨🍳
I also met the young staff members who lead the camp gaining valuable hands-on experience in leadership, teamwork, customer service, and mentorship through opportunities supported by the Canada Summer Jobs program.
