I was pleased to raise the Italian flag on Parliament Hill to mark Italian Heritage Month and Festa Della Repubblica.
Canada is proud to be home to more than 1.5 million Canadians of Italian descent, one of the largest Italian diasporas in the world. Italian Canadians have deep roots in Etobicoke Centre where we are proud to have such a vibrant community.
