Amanda and I were honoured to attend the International Peace Symposium hosted by His Holiness Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the Caliph and leader of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. It was also very meaningful to have a personal and very productive meeting with His Holiness.
The symposium brought together leaders from around the world to discuss the importance of peace, dialogue, justice, and mutual understanding in an increasingly uncertain world.
I also appreciated the opportunity to visit local mosques and engage with members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, whose commitment to service, compassion, and interfaith dialogue continues to make a positive impact both in Canada and globally.
A special thank you to our Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Canada for inviting us and for organizing our participation in such a meaningful symposium.
