I was pleased to attend a special flag-raising on Parliament Hill yesterday to mark the Independence Day of Azerbaijan.
Canada and Azerbaijan share strong people-to-people ties, work closely together in multilateral institutions, and trade between our two countries totals over $1.1 billion.
