I was honoured to join members of Etobicoke’s Muslim community for the iftar evening meal at the International Muslims Organization (IMO of Toronto).
Ramadan is the sacred month of fasting, prayers and charity, marked by compassion and empathy for those less fortunate. Thank you to Dr. Panjwani for inviting me and to Omar Farouk for organizing the iftar and for the IMO’s volunteer and charitable work in Etobicoke.
