I advocated with the Prime Minister and Ministers that federal funding provided to provincial governments for health care be tied to results - and that advocacy was successful! Earlier this month, the federal government reached a $3.1 billion deal with Ontario to provide healthcare funding to Ontario tied to outcomes- to ensure Canadians get the care they deserve.
